1 lb Ground beef
2 cloves minced Garlic
2 tbsp. Ketchup
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
100 gHickory smoked bacon
1 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Blend last 6 ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped.
Combine with ground beef, form into 4 patties and let sit 30 minutes in fridge.
Start on a very hot BBQ and continue on medium heat until cooked through, with no pink remaining in the centre. Enjoy!
